I as a client of Carol, I cannot say enough great things about working with her!! Without ever have meeting me in person, she took the time to send me houses every single day. Every house took into consideration the wants and needs that we had asked for perfectly.

The first time I drove down to look at houses, she had several lined up and I found our house that very first time there. Even though that went smoothly the closing could have been disastrous had it not been for Carols help. There was a terrible snow storm the night before we were to close, and I had driven down to the Ft. Knox area with all 4 of my children in my van. Even though it was late at night when I called Carol, she took the time to find out that the hill I was sitting at the bottom of waiting in a long line of traffic was closed due to the snow. She called me back to let me know, and even went as far as trying to find me the closest hotel on the road I was on. I appreciated that more than I can say in words.

Carol even took the time to have her husband come and fix two things that the house inspector found with the house so that it could be “perfect!!” for when my husband got back from being deployed overseas. Even once the closing was done I had the feeling that I wished Carol was more my neighbor that I could spend more time with, instead of having the deal done and over with. I will DEFINITELY turn to Carol again if we plan on buying another house, or when we sell the one we currently bought.

I feel she went above and beyond to help me and my family get our home, and would make a great realtor for any other military persons moving to the area!!!
